Centreville Farms Community Association- The CFCA Board meets at 6:30pm on the third Thursday of every other month. Regular bi-monthly meeting Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse
 
Faircrest Homeowners Association- The FHA Board meets at 6:30pm on the first Wednesday of the month. Regular monthly meeting Wednesday, July 5, 2017  at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse
 
Faircrest Community Association Board of Directors Meeting- Monday, June 26, 2017 at 7pm in the Clubhouse 
The Faircrest CA Board of Directors Meet on the 4th Monday of each Month
 
Faircrest CA Covenants Committee (CC) Meetings- The Faircrest CA Covenants Comittee meets on the 1st Wedenseday of each month. The next CC meeting is Wednesday July 5, 2017 in the community Clubhouse at 7PM.
 
 
 
Neighborhood Projects
 
The FHA Board has approved the building of brick pillars throughout the community that the builder failed to provide in 2003. The pillars will be built this summer. Locations include: Matthews Vista/Arrowhead Park, Wisteria Arbor/Arrowhead Park, Joseph Johnston/Calamint, Granite Step/Centreville Farms, Stargazer Terrace/Centreville Farms
 
 
                                                            Community Reminders
**EFFECTIVE MAY 27, 2017 Clubhouse parking will be for pool patrons only. Please move your car before May 27th if it is parked in the Clubhouse lot. Parking is available from 9:00pm until 9:00am only. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.** 
 
 
Pet Waste- Please pick up after your pets! There has been an increase in complaints regarding residents not picking up their pet's waste.  Fairfax County's "Pooper Scooper" Law states, "It shall be unlawful for the owner of any animal or animals to keep such animal or animals in such a manner as to cause unsanitary conditions. The owner or custodian of any dog shall be responsible for the removal of excreta deposited by such dog on the property of another, including public places."  Fairfax County will fine pet owners up to $250 for failure to comply with this law.  The Assocaition can also impose fines for failure to abide per the Assocaition's Pet Policy. 
 
Fireworks- There have been several reports that residents are setting off fireworks in close proximity to homes throughout the neighborhood causing a disturbance.  Please remember to be respectful of your neighbors and not use fireworks in the immediate proximity of a dwelling.  You can read more on the Fairfax County Code for Fireworks and Indoor Pyrotechnics by clicking the link below: http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/fr/prevention/fmfireworks.htm
