Upcoming  Meetings
Centreville Farms Community Association- The CFCA Board meets at 6:30pm on the third Thursday of every other month.  Regular bi-monthly meeting Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse.
Faircrest Homeowners Association- The FHA Board meets at 6:30pm on the first Wednesday of the month. Regular monthly meeting Wednesday, November 1, 2017  at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse. 
Faircrest Community Association Board of Directors Meeting- Wednsday October 25 , 2017 at 7pm in the Clubhouse 
The Faircrest CA Board meets on the 4th Monday of each month
Faircrest CA Covenants Committee (CC) Meetings- The Faircrest CA Covenants Comimttee meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month. The next CC meeting is Wednesday, October 4, 2017 in the community Clubhouse at 7PM.
Neighborhood Projects
The FHA Board has approved the building of brick pillars throughout the community that the builder failed to provide in 2003. The pillars will be built this fall. Locations include: Matthews Vista/Arrowhead Park, Wisteria Arbor/Arrowhead Park, Joseph Johnston/Calamint, Granite Step/Centreville Farms, Stargazer Terrace/Centreville Farms, and Centreville Farms/Leland Rd.
                                                            Community Reminders
**Please remember that garbage and recycle bins should not be put out before dusk the night before pick-up day. 
Pet Waste- Please pick up after your pets! There has been an increase in complaints regarding residents not picking up their pet's waste.  Fairfax County's "Pooper Scooper" Law states, "It shall be unlawful for the owner of any animal or animals to keep such animal or animals in such a manner as to cause unsanitary conditions. The owner or custodian of any dog shall be responsible for the removal of excreta deposited by such dog on the property of another, including public places."  Fairfax County will fine pet owners up to $250 for failure to comply with this law.  The Association can also impose fines for failure to abide per the Association's Pet Policy.
