Centreville Farms Community Association- As of April 11, 2018, the CFCA Board is revising our meeting cadence to meet every two weeks instead of once monthly. 
Board of Directors - The next Board of Directors meeting will be held Thursday, August 23, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at the offices of Sequoia Management at 13998 Parkeast Circle, Chantilly, VA 20151.
Centreville Farms Swim Team Committee - The CFSTC has called a meeting for Sunday, May 20, 2018, at 7:15pm, at 13576 Plumbago Drive. Agenda: continuing preparations for the 2018 season. 
Faircrest Homeowners Association- The FHA Board meets at 6:30 pm on the first Wednesday of the month.  The next regular Board of Directors meeting will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at Sequoia Management located at 13998 Parkeast Circle, Chantilly, VA.
Faircrest Community Association Board of Directors Meeting-  The next scheduled meeting is August 27, 2018 at 7:00PM

     Faircrest CA Covenants Committee (CC) Meetings- Please take note of the meeting date changes. 
The Faircrest CA Covenants Committee will meet on August 28th or the purpose of covenants hearings. 
The Faircrest CA Covenants Committee will meet on August 9th for the purpose of architectural application review.

Neighborhood Projects
The FHA Board has approved the building of brick pillars throughout the community that the builder failed to provide in 2003. The pillars will be built this fall. Locations include: Matthews Vista/Arrowhead Park, Wisteria Arbor/Arrowhead Park, Joseph Johnston/Calamint, Granite Step/Centreville Farms, Stargazer Terrace/Centreville Farms, and Centreville Farms/Leland Rd.
                                                            Community Reminders
Pet Waste- Please pick up after your pets! There has been an increase in complaints regarding residents not picking up their pet's waste.  Fairfax County's "Pooper Scooper" Law states, "It shall be unlawful for the owner of any animal or animals to keep such animal or animals in such a manner as to cause unsanitary conditions. The owner or custodian of any dog shall be responsible for the removal of excreta deposited by such dog on the property of another, including public places."  Fairfax County will fine pet owners up to $250 for failure to comply with this law.  The Association can also impose fines for failure to abide per the Association's Pet Policy.

2018 Swimming Pool Options

Due to the fire that destroyed the clubhouse and pump room, the swimming pool will be closed for the 2018 summer season.  The Board of Directors has researched alternative options for members who wish to have access to a pool this summer.

CFCA members PLEASE NOTE, while activities are numerous and timing key, the CFCA Board of Directors has changed our meeting schedule from Monthly to Bi-Weekly.

Rebuild Activities

Friday evening, April 6, 2018, the Centreville Farms Community Association (CFCA) clubhouse was damaged in an accidental fire. 
The Board of Directors, County Officials, and many important representatives from our Insurer, Restoration Company and more have provided the CFCA excellent support.  View the detailed article for more details.

The CFCA Board of Directors is actively working with recovery professionals, insurance, contractors and local officials as we respond to the clubhouse fire that occurred April 6, 2018.  Check back frequently at myfaircrest.com for additional updates. We will use the community web site as a primary source of information sharing and updates. 
  • No one was hurt in the incident
  • Plans for recovering and rebuilding the site are underway
  • We do not expect the pool will be ready for use this summer
  • Cyclones Swim team - stay tuned, the swim committee has already met this weekend, give us a few weeks to identify new plans for our swimmers
As more precise plans and dates are made for construction, we will share estimates with the community. Continue to check back here, other community events will still be held!
