Board of Directors Meetings
The next regularly scheduled Centreville Farms Community Association Board of Directors' meeting will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Homeowners are requested to attend electronically. Please email lholloway@sequoiamgmt.com for a link to participate in the meeting.
Members are invited to attend electronically. In accordance with Virginia Code § 55.1-1816 (A), all HOA members of record are welcome to attend meetings of the board of directors. These meetings occur monthly.

Our meeting agendas are available to attendees of our meetings, and meeting minutes from previous meetings are recorded on this web site.
CFCA Director's meetings are conducted in order and in accordance to Roberts Rules of Order, revised. We adopt a casual interpretation of the rules of order. Attendance, meeting minutes and a formal record of our activities takes place at our meetings in person and this will continue as we conduct business meetings electronically.

The board of directors meet at 7:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the month.
The next board of directors' meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be conducted via teleconference. In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Board of Directors Meeting for the Faircrest Community Association will be held via Zoom platform to conform with the CDC social distancing and Governors' Stay at Home Order until further notice.
