Currently the board is meeting in person at the Centreville Farms Clubhouse, 5401 Calamint Court, Centreville, VA 20210 on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm. Meetings are open to the owners of Faircrest Homeowners Association and Faircrest Community Association, and the board is here to listen to and needs advice from all owners. During each meeting the board holds a resident forum for owners to address the board.
New Landscaping Service
Recently the board has contracted with Premier Landscape Services. They are the new provider for the community landscaping, grounds maintenance and snow removal. This change has saved the community about $20,000 annually on their budgeted grounds maintenance services. The board looks forward to their relationship with Premier Landscaper Services.
In addition to the community services, the board negotiated with Premier to offer services to each owner for mowing and edging of the individual lots. This service is provided at the owner's expense, and each owner will be responsible for coordinating the service with Premier and all payments for the service. The homeowner's association or board is not responsible for any disputes related to services, payments, or other matters between Premier and the homeowner. This service was requested to provide an option to the community and to allow the services to be on the same schedule as the community. The service agreement can be found
here to get this service set up. You can reach out to Premier to arrange a meeting to determine the exact cost for your lot. Their phone number is 703-754-3326.
The clubhouse is open part time with the following schedule:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
