Built in 2004, the Faircrest Community is situated on 200 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with peaceful ponds and walking trails. The community is made up of 1,089 homes within two community associations; Faircrest Community Association (FCA) and Faircrest Homeowners Association (FHA). Both communty associations also belong to a master association, Centreville Farms Community Association (CFCA), which maintains most of the community's ammenities including the Community Clubhouse, 3,500 sf swimming pool and 360 sf baby pool, two tennis courts, playground and walking trails. Located in the heart of Centreville, there’s an array of shopping, dining, schools, and attractions nearby all within easy access to Route 29 and I-66, just minutes from Dulles Airport, and a short drive from downtown Washington D.C. The FHA Board of Directors meets at 7:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the month. The next FHA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, via zoom. This meeting will be held via zoom, please contact management at sbucklin@sequoiamgmt.com for the meeting link.
FAIRCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION The FCA Board of Directors meets regularly at 7:00 pm on the last Thursday of the month. However, the regular FCA Board of Directors meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 7 pm.
