Built in 2004, the Faircrest Community is situated on 200 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with peaceful ponds and walking trails.  The community is made up of 1,089 homes within two community associations; Faircrest Community Association (FCA) and Faircrest Homeowners Association (FHA).
