FHA TRASH & RECYCLING
Trash Collection  -  Tuesday & Friday
Recycling  -  Wednesday
Yard Waste -  Saturday (First week of April through December 24). Per Fairfax County Code, paper bags must be used.  During winter months set out with trash on Tuesday and Fridays.  Make sure yard waste is in trash cans.
 
Special Items (Furniture, Appliances and other large items) -  A special pick up must be scheduled and pre-paid by the homeowner prior to removal. To schedule a special pick up, please contact Patriot Disposal at 703-257-7100.
 
Please label your toter and bin by putting your house number on the inside of the lid.

CFCA yard waste schedule: From April 1st to December 24th, yard waste is collected on Saturdays. Grass clippings and leaves must be set out for pickup in bio-degradable PAPER (10 maximum) bags or in a personal trash container clearly marked “yard waste” on both sides. Tree limbs and brush must be tied in bundles no longer than 4 feet in length and 6 inches in diameter.  Bundles or items that are bagged cannot exceed 50 pounds.  Yard waste does not include stumps, rocks, dirt, sod, gravel, mulch, whole trees, or clean-up from storm damage. Collection of these items may be provided for an additional charge.
 
 
Patriot provides each home with 1 toter and 1 recycling bin with lid.  Lost, broken or damaged containers are replaced for a fee - please contact Patriot's Customer Service Center at 703-257-7100.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Landscaping of common areas within the community is performed by Community Landscaping Services. Please contact the Community Management Office regarding any issues with landscaping in common areas.
 
 
SNOW PLOWING
Snow plowing within most of the community is performed by Community Landscaping Services . Please contact the Community Management Office regarding any issues with snow plowing of the Association maintained roads.
 
Please note that Centreville Farms Rd., Leland Rd., Calamint Ct. and all cul-de-sac streets are maintained by the state and plowed by VDOT.  Please contact VDOT regarding any issues with state maintained roads by calling 703-383-8368.
 
 
STREET LIGHTS
The street "lamps" located inside the community are serviced by Virginia Dominion Power. You may contact Dominion Virginia Power directly or contact the Community Management Office if you notice issues with these lights.  Same instructions as below apply if you call Dominion Power.  You need to know the number on the street light.
 
Lights on the state-maintained roads and streets are serviced by Virginia Dominion Power. You can reach Dominion Power at 888-667-3000 (press 1, then say “street light”)
 
 
STREET SIGNS
The street signs located inside the community are maintained by each association. Please contact the Community Management Office if you notice issues with these signs.
 
Street and stop signs with a "route number" at the top of the sign are maintained by Fairfax County.  Please contact the county Sign Shop at 703-877-2800 if you notice issues with these signs.
 

TOWING COMPANY
Vehicles parked in Fire Lanes or in the townhome alleys are towed without notice.  If your vehicle has been towed, please contact Battlefield Towing at 703-378-0059.
