Important - owners must register on their tenants behalf if the home is rented.
Passes are issued for each family member at a valid Centreville Farms address.
Passes are not transferrable beyond owner-renter arrangements if passes have been conveyed by the owner.
Age restrictions apply to Teenagers. Consult the guard desk with questions or contact us.
II. After you apply for your passes, and your application is approved, you will receive an email to notify you that your pass is ready for download.
III. To download and activate your pass on your mobile device, follow these steps to enroll in the mobile app:
1. On your smart phone, browse to either the Apple App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android).
2. Download the PoolEntry mobile app.
3. Look up your pool pass with your phone number and last name. These were provided in the application for passes.
4. Add your pool pass to your phone. Take head shot photos and upload them to the pass pages.
5. If you are adding second, third, etc. family members:
- The first family member to sign in on the app will swipe left and right to see other members. Take photos then add names and photos for each pass.
- Optionally, activate the app on the appropriate number of devices
- When adding pool passes to other devices, please use the same phone number and last name that were provided when applying for passes.
IV. Present your PoolEntry app at the guard desk to enter the pool at every visit; swipe left and right and you can check in the entire family at the guard desk using one device.
V. Contact Sequoia for guest pool passes. Guests must accompany registered pass holders.
PLEASE NOTE: residents that do not have a smartphone can contact management with
questions on how to receive a paper pass (the owner will still need to register online at the above
link).
